REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rhanaa, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and precision. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we offer Return/exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an return/exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all tags intact
  • In its original packaging

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange:

  • Email us at rhanaa2508@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup based on your delivery address.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at WhatsApp 📲 – 7984624527
  • We’ll arrange an exchange product  after verifying the issue.
  • Alternatively, you may return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
  • Exchange of the product will be delivered within 4-7 days. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Made-to-Order: As our pieces are crafted on order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins.
  • Shipping Charges: For exchanges (except defective/damaged items), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
