REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rhanaa, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and precision. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we offer Return/exchanges only and do not provide refunds.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7-day return/exchange window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an return/exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn or unused
- With all tags intact
- In its original packaging
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange:
- Email us at rhanaa2508@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup based on your delivery address.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We’ll arrange an exchange product after verifying the issue.
- Alternatively, you may return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
- Exchange of the product will be delivered within 4-7 days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Made-to-Order: As our pieces are crafted on order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins.
- Shipping Charges: For exchanges (except defective/damaged items), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
